Terms of Service

By joining, using or staying a member of the MC Sports Discord server, the MC Sports Analytics Discord app (the "bot") or mcsportshq.com, including MC Chat (together, the "Service"), operated by MCBETS SPORTS, LLC ("MC Sports", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not join or continue using the Service. These terms apply to every member, free and paid, and to every membership plan.

1. The Service

MC Sports provides sports analysis, picks, projections, model boards, a parlay builder, MC Chat, betslip links and community access through a private Discord server and the website. Paid access is granted on confirmed payment through Whop.

MC Sports is an information and entertainment service. We are not a sportsbook, a financial advisor or an investment advisor. Nothing posted anywhere in the Service is financial advice or a guarantee of any outcome.

2. No guarantee of results

Every pick, play, projection, model board, MC Chat answer and analysis is for information and entertainment only. Sports betting involves risk and you can lose money. Past performance of any capper or model does not predict future results. You acknowledge that you may lose money following anything posted here, that no capper, model or tool guarantees a win, that you alone make your betting decisions, and that MC Sports bears no liability for your losses.

3. Legality and age

Sports betting laws vary by state and country. It is your responsibility to know whether betting is legal where you are and to follow the law there. MC Sports does not accept, place or hold bets. You must be 21 or older to use the Service.

4. Membership and access

Plans and prices are shown at checkout on Whop and may change at any time; the price you pay is the one shown when you buy, and a renewing plan renews automatically at the price stated on it until you cancel. Cancel any time in your Whop account under Memberships; cancelling stops the next renewal, does not refund the current period, and your access continues to the end of that period.

Access is personal and non-transferable. Do not share your Discord account, your site sign-in or any members-only content with anyone who is not a paying member. Some plans are offered only to particular members (for example former members) and only through the button or page that carries them. The features in each plan are the ones described for that plan when you buy it. We may add, change or move features between plans, and we will tell members before a feature they pay for moves to a different plan.

5. No refunds

All sales are final. The Service is delivered the moment you pay, so MC Sports does not refund for a change of mind, dissatisfaction with results, not using the Service, disagreement with a capper or model, technical problems outside our control, or cancelling after a billing period has begun.

If you believe you were charged in error, for example a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation, contact us within 14 days of the charge: open a ticket in the Submit Ticket channel of the Discord server, or email mc@mcsportshq.com, with your Whop email and the transaction details. We will review it and correct a genuine error.

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. A chargeback or payment dispute filed instead of contacting us results in immediate and permanent removal from the Service.

6. Free members, trials and offers

Free channels, free plays, free boards and any trial are provided as a courtesy and may change or end at any time. An introductory price, a day pass or a trial renews at the price stated on it unless you cancel before the renewal. Where a price is offered for life it means the renewal price of that plan does not rise for as long as you keep that plan without a break.

7. Our content

Every pick, play, projection, model board, cheat sheet, MC Chat answer, tool and post in the Service belongs to MC Sports and its contributors. You may not share picks, screenshots or any members-only content outside the Service; post them to social media, group chats or any other platform; resell or repackage them; or use them to run or promote a competing service. Violations mean immediate permanent removal with no refund, and MC Sports may pursue further action for commercial redistribution.

8. Member conduct

Treat every member, capper and staff member with respect. Prohibited: harassment, threats or abusive language; promoting or advertising other services; spamming, trolling or deliberately disruptive behaviour; illegal content; impersonating MC Sports staff or cappers; trying to disrupt the Service or gain unauthorised access to it. In Discord you must also follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. MC Sports may remove any member for conduct it judges harmful to the community, at its sole discretion, with no refund.

9. Termination

MC Sports may suspend or permanently end your access at any time for breaking these terms, sharing or redistributing picks, filing a chargeback or payment dispute, abusive or disruptive conduct, or any activity harmful to the Service or its members. Termination is immediate and no refund is issued. Members removed for violations are permanently banned and may not rejoin under another account.

10. The bot and the parlay builder

When you tag the bot on a bet slip picture, or use its Apps-menu command on a post, it reads that picture and builds a sportsbook link from what it read. The parlay builder does the same from a model board. Prices and lines at the sportsbook are the sportsbook's, may differ from a picture or a board, and can change or be withdrawn at any time. Check your betslip before you place a bet. The bot can misread a picture or fail to match a bet; MC Sports is not responsible for a bet that differs from the one you intended.

11. MC Chat

MC Chat answers questions from our models' data using an AI system run by a third party. Its answers are generated automatically and can be incomplete, out of date or wrong, including names, lines, prices and model chances. A model chance is an estimate, not a promise. Check every leg and price at your sportsbook before you bet. MC Chat may have a monthly question limit, which is shown in the chat. Do not use MC Chat to try to copy the models themselves, to produce content for another service, or to submit unlawful or abusive content.

Links to sportsbooks, prediction markets and other services take you to companies we do not control; their own terms apply. MC Sports may receive compensation when you sign up or bet through our links. Sign-up offers change often; the sportsbook's own page has the current terms.

13. Giveaways

Giveaways run by the bot are free to enter, one entry per member, and the winner is drawn at random. No purchase is necessary. You must be 21 or older and still in the server when the draw is made. Giveaways are not sponsored by or affiliated with Discord.

14. Messages from the bot and your data

The bot sends you a direct message only when you press a button asking for one, or about your own membership. Every message carries a Stop DMs button, which is honoured. What we collect and how long we keep it is in our Privacy Policy.

15. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows.

Whatever damages you might incur, the entire liability of MC Sports and its contributors under these terms, and your only remedy, is limited to the amount you actually paid through the Service in the three months before the claim.

To the fullest extent the law allows, MC Sports and its contributors are not liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages, including betting losses, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, personal injury or loss of privacy, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we were advised of the possibility and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some states do not allow these exclusions; there, liability is limited to the greatest extent the law permits.

16. Changes to these terms

MC Sports may update these terms at any time. The current version is posted here with its date at the top. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept it.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the United States. Any dispute under them is resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis; you waive any right to take part in a class action or class-wide arbitration against MC Sports.
